Service rules and operator liability limitations.

The service provides only a tool for publishing listings and enabling direct contact between users.

The operator is not the seller, buyer, carrier, agent, broker, consignee, or representative of any party to a transaction.

The user publishing a listing bears full responsibility for the legality, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information provided, including contact data, pallet description, price, quantity, location, and delivery terms.

The operator may moderate or remove content, but has no obligation to verify each listing in advance and does not guarantee that any information published by a user is true, complete, or commercially useful.

The operator makes no warranties or representations regarding goods, counterparties, pallet quality, technical condition, origin, legality of trade, availability, delivery time, price, transport, or the ability to successfully conclude and perform any agreement.

All commercial, logistical, tax, and legal arrangements are handled by users solely in their own name, at their own risk, and under their own responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for direct, indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, lost profits, loss of data, operational downtime, loss of contract, loss of reputation, or any other damage arising out of the use of the service or inability to use it.

This exclusion covers in particular losses resulting from counterparty fraud, non-performance or improper performance of a contract, incorrect contact data, defects in goods, transport delays, non-payment, order cancellation, incorrect location data, technical failures, and service downtime.

Before entering into any transaction, the user should independently verify the counterparty, the goods, documents, payment terms, delivery conditions, and compliance of the offer with applicable law and the user's own operating standards.

Users may not publish unlawful, misleading, rights-infringing, offensive, spam, or scam-related content, including attempts to obtain data or money fraudulently.

The operator may temporarily hide, restrict, or remove a listing and block access to the service if it considers this necessary to protect safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

A lack of action by the operator regarding a listing does not mean acceptance, confirmation of its accuracy, or assumption of any responsibility for that listing.

The service uses local storage and cookies related to interface behavior as well as traffic measurement with Google Analytics 4. The measurement setup runs with Google Consent Mode v2.

By default, analytics and advertising-related consent signals remain denied until the user makes an explicit choice. Accepting the banner enables the relevant consent signals, while rejecting it keeps them denied.

The operator does not use this mechanism to override the user's choice. Consent may be stored locally in the browser so the same question does not need to be asked again on every visit.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

This document should be treated as an operational legal shield for the service. A commercial launch should still be reviewed by a lawyer for the relevant jurisdiction, corporate structure, data policy, and real moderation process.
